Returns & Exchanges

    • Notify us within 30 days of the purchase date if you wish to return an item, citing the reasons and providing images where necessary.

    • You have an additional 7 days from the date of your email to return the item to the address we provide.
    • Roxed Ltd. does not provide return labels or arrange returns on your behalf.
    • Roxed Ltd is not responsible for the cost incurred for you to return the item/s

Return Criteria

  • Conditions:
    • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and unaltered.
    • All tags must be attached.
    • Items must be in their original packaging.
    • Importance: It is crucial that these conditions are met to ensure an efficient return or exchange process.
    • Items that are worn, damaged, or dirty and thus unsellable will not be accepted.
  • Packaging:
    • Securely package your return item.
    • Include your name and order number inside the packaging.
    • Its advisable to use a trackable and insured delivery service to return your item.
    • Roxed Ltd. is not responsible for returned items lost or stolen in transit.
  • Inspection:
    • All returned items undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the return criteria.
    • Items failing to meet the return criteria will not be eligible for a refund. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery of your item, at your expense.

Refunds

  • Processing:
    • For returns that meet the necessary criteria, a refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date the returned package is received by Roxed Ltd.
    • Initial delivery costs paid will not be refunded.
    • Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
    • Roxed Ltd. will not refund any shipping costs incurred to us, nor other related fees such as customs or duties.
  • International Returns:
    • A re-stocking fee will be calculated and deducted from any refund due.
    • This fee covers the cost of shipping the item to you and any associated import duties originally paid by Roxed Ltd.
    • Be aware of these charges before initiating a return to avoid unexpected deductions from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Process:
    • Once the inspection of the returned item is completed and confirmed as meeting the Return & Exchange criteria, we will arrange for a replacement to be issued to you.
